Review and Comment
Wordsmithed proposals will be presented for member review and comment.
Members may add Comments to participate in discussions over any motion or any amendment.
Members may also propose Amendments to any motion. (Note. posting an Amendment is a 3 step process and the system will check if someone else has provided a similar amendment. The original Submitter and/or the Policy and Motion Development Committee may choose to accept or reject the proposed Amendment, all of which will be reviewable on this site).
Members may also choose to "Endorse" a Proposal, indicating their public support of the proposal prior to the actual voting period.
Once the Review and Comment phase is complete, these functions will be frozen.
